About me
I am Rina — a certified life coach with a BSc in Psychology.
I studied psychology at Queen Mary University in London, then trained as a life coach with The Coaching Academy. For 5 years I have worked with people who want to understand themselves better and create lasting change in their lives.
I am based in London and hold my sessions one-on-one, online. Together we look at the patterns, beliefs and inner obstacles that keep people stuck, and turn what we find into practical steps to try in everyday life.
My story
I believe that to create lasting change in our lives, we first have to understand what is happening inside us. Past experiences, limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns shape how we think, feel, make decisions and approach life.
My interest in psychology and personal development led me to want a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind, emotions and human behaviour. This motivated me to help others gain a clearer understanding of themselves and create meaningful change in their lives.
In my work as a certified life coach with a BSc in Psychology, I follow a holistic approach, taking into account the connection between mind, emotions and personal experiences. Together, we work to identify inner obstacles, understand their roots, face past experiences and develop new ways of thinking and acting.
My goal is to support you through a process of healing, personal growth and transformation, so that you can create the life you want and reach your goals.

How I work
I do not tell you what to do. I help you hear what you already know.
No judgement. Nothing you tell me is too small or too shameful.
Practical work. Every session ends with something concrete to try.
