What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.
- Waitlist: your email address only.
- Bookings: handled by Cal.com, which processes your name, email, and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver sessions, and to notify you about courses if you asked to be notified. I do not sell or share your data.
What is not covered here
Anything discussed inside a session is protected by professional confidentiality, which is stricter than this policy. Session content is never stored on this website.
How long I keep it
Contact messages: 24 months. Waitlist entries: until you unsubscribe. Booking records: as required by professional record-keeping rules.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the data I hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email rinamayacoach@gmail.com and I will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
